Mr Mortgage gets down and dirty with Lehman, the company most in focus after Bear Stearns’ Collapse. Those of us in the mortgage industry know, ALL ROADS LEAD TO LEHMAN. Now, you too can see the type of loans Lehman made for years through it’s Aurora Loan Services division, and judge for yourself whether or not their massive exposure to risky ALT-A loans will cause them serious problems in the future.

The problem with your argument is that Lehman came out with the really exotic Option ARM products only after Bear created that market. Bear was buying 80/20 No Ratio Option ARMs for a long time before ALS would consider doing something like this. Bear also priced their ALT-A much better than Bear/EMC. It isn’t like comparing Toyota to Nissan. It is more like comparing a Toyota to a Yugo. Lehman has serious trouble with the loans on the books, that is why ALS is done. But they aren’t in the same ballpark as Bear/EMC.

Think not Said. It’s all shit. Lehman and all the gang are in real double trouble. They know it. They are desperately looking for ways to unload the shit to unsuspecting foreign and stupid investors. There is a problem here. More and more foreigners read english and know what is going on.
