this is ugly…subprime rate sheet from August 2006 showing loans for
score as low as 500, loans for people with 120-day mortgage lates that
should be foreclosed upon and loans to 100% subprime with rates as low
as 8%, which is now the same rate as a PRIME 30-yr fixed Jumbo with 20%
down. Unreal.
